These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the website www.noita.eu, operated by ZOMER EOOD, and the users of the online platform for cosmetic products. By accessing and using the site, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The website provides the opportunity to order and deliver online cosmetic products that are registered in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products. All products offered through the platform are intended for external use and are labeled in Bulgarian with mandatory information about the manufacturer, composition (INCI), shelf life, storage conditions, and instructions for use.
An order placed through the platform is considered binding once the user has filled in the necessary information, received confirmation by email and/or telephone, and a notification of shipment has been sent. The purchase agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by the merchant.
All prices on the website are in Bulgarian levs and include VAT. The consumer can choose between several payment methods – cash on delivery, card payment, or bank transfer. Delivery costs are indicated separately upon completion of the order, unless it is specified that delivery is free of charge. The delivery time is 2–5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including cosmetic products with damaged packaging, in accordance with Article 57(5) of the CPA.
In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the consumer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The merchant is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products, including use contrary to the instructions provided. The consumer is responsible for informing themselves about the ingredients of the product (INCI) before use, especially in the case of individual allergies or intolerances.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and in accordance with the current Privacy Policy available on the website. The data provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, contacting the user when necessary, and for legal accounting purposes.
All texts, images, graphics, logos, and designs published on the website www.noita.eu are the exclusive property of ZOMER EOOD or the respective rights holders. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution without express written consent is prohibited.
ZOMER EOOD reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by publishing an updated version on the website. Use of the website after such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
All disputes arising between the parties shall be settled by mutual agreement, and if this is not possible, before the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria, in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
