Shipping policy


This delivery policy regulates the terms, conditions, and costs of delivery for products purchased through the website www.noita.eu, operated by ZOMER EOOD, with registered office and address of management: Sofia, Izgrev district, Dianabad residential complex, block 30, entrance B, floor 4, apartment 24, UIC: 831255455.

1. Territorial scope of delivery
Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria by courier companies. Delivery to other EU countries is possible after prior confirmation by the customer and the merchant.

2. Delivery time
The delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days from the confirmation of the order. In case of delay, the consumer will be informed in a timely manner via the contact details provided by them.

3. Delivery methods
Orders are sent by courier to the address selected by the customer or to the courier's office. Upon completion of the order, the customer selects their preferred delivery method.

4. Delivery costs
The delivery cost is calculated automatically before the order is finalized and is shown in the shopping cart summary.
Free shipping may be offered under certain conditions, e.g., for orders above a certain value or during promotional campaigns.

5. Confirmation and tracking
After the order is shipped, the customer receives a confirmation email with a tracking number, if provided by the courier. ZOMER EOOD is not responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

6. Unclaimed or returned shipments
If the shipment is not received due to absence, refusal, or incorrect address, it is returned to the merchant. The customer may request a reshipment, with the costs of the new delivery being at their expense.

7. Checking upon delivery
We recommend that customers check the shipment upon receipt and in the presence of the courier. In case of external damage, missing items, or damaged packaging, it is necessary to draw up a report with the courier and contact us within 24 hours.

8. Availability and partial deliveries
In rare cases, there may be a delay due to a temporary shortage of a particular item. The customer will be informed and will have the right to choose: to wait, to exchange or to cancel the order. Partial deliveries are not made without the express consent of the customer.
