Refund policy


At NOITA, we care about the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return or exchange the product in accordance with this policy.

1. Purchase cancellation period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return conditions

In order for a cosmetic product to be accepted for return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must not have been opened, used, or tried.

The original packaging must not be damaged, including protective stickers, foil, caps, and hygiene seals.

The product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

Important: From a hygiene point of view and in accordance with Article 57, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.

3. Products that are not subject to return

Cosmetic products with opened or damaged packaging.

Used or tried products.

Products returned after the 14-day period has expired.

Products purchased during promotions or sales, which are expressly stated as non-returnable.

4. Return costs

The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the products, except in the following cases:

Defective or damaged product received.

Incorrect item sent (different from the one ordered).

In these cases, the return costs are borne by the merchant.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made – bank transfer, card, etc. The amount to be refunded does not include the initial delivery costs, unless there has been an error on our part. 6. You will receive a reply with confirmation and a return address.

Send the product back by courier with the option of inspection. Do not send cash on delivery. 7. Complaints In case of a defective product or non-compliance with the order, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years, in accordance with Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
